Our agreed-divorce flat fees apply to qualifying matters in which all material terms are resolved, not just the decision to divorce. That includes property and debts and, when applicable, parenting and support. If issues remain disputed, we can discuss the representation and fee arrangement your situation requires.
No. In a Tennessee Rule 31 mediation, the mediator helps the parties discuss disputed issues and work toward a voluntary agreement. The mediator does not act as your judge or either spouse’s legal advocate and cannot force a settlement.
No. An initial retainer is not a flat fee or a cap on the total bill. Additional attorney fees, court costs and other case expenses may apply. Your written engagement agreement sets out the fee arrangement and scope of representation.
